LD Management takes the welfare of every young performer very seriously, so safeguarding becomes a central part of everything we do in order to do the best to ensure a safe and secure environment.

  Our policies include:

 

  • Chaperones in shows and rehearsals to look out for welfare of children

  • Anti-bullying policy

  • Dedicated welfare team and safeguarding email address

  • Staff vetting and training

  • Working with local councils to follow and go beyond best practices

  • Mental Health awareness

  • Instilling an atmosphere where older/more experienced children can help new members.
